~ Firestone Country Club Wedding ~

Nicole and Anthony’s Firestone Country Club wedding was a small and intimate affair, but it was anything but simple. The couple put their heart and soul into every detail, creating a day that was both elegant and personal.

For her gown, Nicole chose a long-sleeved ivory lace dress with an open back. She wanted something simple yet gorgeous, and it fit her perfectly. To complement the informality of the dress, Nicole styled her hair with loose wavy curls and an elegant hair piece. In her arms, she carried a gorgeous assortment of pink roses arranged by Tony’s grandmother.

The ceremony was held on the grounds of Firestone Country Club. The setting was idyllic, with lush greenery, blooming flowers, and a gentle breeze. Nicole and Anthony exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends in the Firestone Lodge. The couple’s sweet French bulldog, Louise, joined the couple after the ceremony. He looked perfect wearing a handmade wreath of the same pink roses in Nicole’s bouquet.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the country club’s ballroom. The space was decorated with copper, dark wood, greens, pinks, and peach colors. On each table was a centerpiece handmade by Tony’s grandmother that incorporated copper and more of the sumptuous pink roses. Because Tony is a plumber, he designed and created copper candle holders and copper name holders for the tables. And because the couple collects magnets wherever they travel, Nicole and Tony custom designed magnets to celebrate their wedding date.

Additionally, the tables held disposable cameras hand-painted by the bride. Nicole and Tony will wait until their 1-year anniversary date to look at the photos and reminisce about the day. Also, a specially carved card box will be used as a time capsule and filled with mementos from the wedding.

Later in the evening, Nicole and Tony stepped out for a romantic sunset stroll through the golf course. And the night was topped off with a Handel’s cream bar instead of a cake and a chocolate and candy table for the groom’s sweet tooth.
