~ Himelright Lodge Wedding ~
Haley and Gino knew they had found their dream wedding venue when they discovered Himelright Lodge. The charming, renovated 1800s-era historic barn exuded rustic elegance, and the sweeping views of the Metropark added a touch of natural beauty. It was love at first sight as the couple envisioned an outdoor ceremony surrounded by the idyllic charm of the lodge.
Himelright Lodge not only provided a picturesque location, but it also offered a beautiful outdoor space that perfectly matched Haley and Gino’s vision of a relaxed and joyful wedding. They wanted their day to be a celebration of love, filled with genuine laughter and cherished moments shared with their family and friends. The lodge’s tranquil and natural surroundings provided the ideal backdrop for their non-traditional celebration.
Gino and Haley’s vows were shared beneath a handmade arch, perfectly framed by the breathtaking backdrop of the Metropark. Radiating romance, Haley graced the ceremony in a pale petal pink gown, adorned with gauzy, romantic layers. In her hands, she held a loosely arranged bouquet of white ranunculus, roses, and eucalyptus, a testament to her elegant taste and love for natural elements. Haley’s bridesmaids added their own touch of beauty to the celebration, dressed in mismatched dresses in a soft shade of dusty rose. To complement their attire, they carried bouquets featuring a blend of pink and white blooms.
The reception took place in the rustic, dark moody elegance of the barn, decorated with romantic candlelight, twinkling lights and floral centerpieces in shades of pink. In a delightful twist, Haley and Gino decided to forgo a traditional wedding cake and opted for trays of their favorite cookies instead. This charming choice reflected their desire for a personal and unconventional touch. With a warm summer breeze and clear skies, Haley and Gino spent some time enjoying outdoor entertainment with their guests.
As the reception progressed, the couple snuck out for a romantic photo shoot. The golden glow of the sunset provided the perfect lighting for the photos. And to finish off the night, the couple, along with their friends, added a touch of whimsy to their photo session. Donning stylish jean jackets, they brought an element of fun against the backdrop of artist Matt Miller’s colorful mural.
Thank you Haley and Gino for sharing your beautiful day with us! Congratulations!
