Autumn Gervasi Wedding
-It was a beautiful autumn day at Gervasi for Jeremy and Danielle’s fun and carefree wedding. Although the temperatures were unseasonably warm, the grounds were vacant and they had the entire place to themselves. The couple had their first date at Gervasi, so they chose this venue with the knowledge that they would be bringing the initial chapter of their relationship full circle. They loved every aspect of the venue, from its gorgeously landscaped gardens to the elegant and upscale Ballaria Sophia ballroom to the amazing cuisine.
Danielle began her day getting dressed in the Villa Grande. When Danielle chose her gown, she was looking for something different and a little nontraditional. She found a pale pink gown with a beautiful crystal and pearl beaded bodice. And she had her eyes on a second gown, also in a pale pink, with a flouncy ruffled skirt. By combining the dresses of the two designers together, she customized the perfect unique gown of her dreams. For her accessories, Danielle went with some added sparkle in her Badgley Mischka crystal heels, diamond jewelry, and crystal hair clip. Her bridesmaids also wore pink gowns with spaghetti straps and long tulle skirts, and each girl wore a luxuriously soft evening shawl to complement their gowns.
Before seeing one another on their wedding day, Jeremy and Danielle shared written love letters read aloud as they held hands on opposite sides of a door. Jeremy has a great sense of humor and of course, he could not resist giving Danielle a little laugh prior to their sweet first look! The ceremony took place on the veranda outside the Ballaria Sophia. At the conclusion of the ceremony, just as the couple was being pronounced husband and wife, Jeremy could not contain his elation and swung Danielle into his arms and carried her down the aisle.
For her wedding day, Danielle chose flowers in all shades of pink. Bouquets were filled with lush pink garden roses and her centerpieces were created with a variety of flowers in shades of pink and white. The simplicity of the decor was completed by the simple elegance of the Gervasi ballroom, with its Tuscan influence and refined ambiance. The couple danced the night away under the romantic chandeliers and sconces (with a fun surprise dance, planned and choreographed by Jeremy, of course!) followed by an enchanting night shot outside the reception.
Thank you Danielle and Jeremy for sharing your beautiful day with us! Congratulations!
