Gervasi Vineyard Conservatory Wedding

– Carri and Craig are from South Dakota and found the perfect destination venue at Gervasi Vineyard Conservatory. Carri chose Gervasi because of her love of Italy, the Tuscan look and she wanted a romantic look. Gervasi is classy, with beautiful grounds unlike anything else in the Midwest.

For her wedding day, Carri wore an elegant ivory gown. ” I wanted something elegant and flowing with some sparkle, but not something that had a huge train and traditional looking wedding dress. I think this dress is super elegant and romantic and has just the right amount of sparkle. I love things that sparkle~! But didn’t want the dress overdone”. Carri carried a simple, yet exquisite bouquet of white peonies and roses. Her hair was accented by several white peonies.

The ceremony and reception were both small and intimate with only a few close, special friends. Carri and Craig raise and sell Bernese Mountain Dogs and these were friends that they met through their business. Their friends joined them for the ceremony in the Gervasi Vineyard Conservatory, where Carri and Craig walked down the aisle together. Afterwards, the newlyweds celebrated at a small dinner reception in the wine cellar of the Bistro at Gervasi.
