Ohio Vineyard Wedding

– From the moment that Kevin saw Paige, he knew that she was someone he had to meet and the two spent many years traveling back and forth to be with one another. On Kevin’s last day in the military, he drove 16 hour straight to come home to Paige. He proposed to her in Yellowstone Park in an intimate setting next to a waterfall. It was an absolutely perfect moment, and Kevin had finally found the perfect spot to propose to the woman of his dreams.

Paige is a sparkle girl and Kevin is a greenery guy, so together this sweet couple planned a classy grand garden wedding. This Ohio vineyard wedding was romantic and elegant with burgundy and blush along with pops of greenery and crystals throughout. Paige’s silk gown showed off her perfect figure and had a gorgeous crystal neckline. Crystals accented her jewelry, shoes, hairpiece and bouquet. Her bouquet was full of deep red, pink and white garden roses. And of course, sprinkled with crystal rosettes.

With the recent passing of Paige’s father, it was a very emotional wedding. When Kevin asked for Paige’s hand in marriage, her father wholeheartedly approved and was happy and excited to see them begin their lives together. The ceremony was both touching and full of joy, with Paige’s mother and brother escorting her down the aisle. When looking back on their wedding day, they said “Our favorite memory was our vows. I didn’t think we would be able to but we both stood up there and recited our own vows to each other in front of hundreds of people. It was simply magical.”

The Pavilion at Gervasi was lavishly filled with an abundance of sumptuous red garden roses and lustrous mercury vases and candle holders. Paige and Kevin made everything from the welcome sign, little jars with gold sparkle filled with dinner mints and the placards with the order of events. Their favors were match boxes with our hashtag “woodburninlove”. It was simple, colorful, and a little old school with the matches.
